wijot is a simple and fast checklist memo app.
The current version is local-first and supports widgets and in-app purchases.

2. Common help topics

2.1 About the line limit

The free version supports up to 9 lines.
wijot Premium removes the line limit.

2.2 I want to restore purchases

Open the information screen in the app and choose “Restore Purchases.”
If the purchase still does not appear, confirm your Apple ID and App Store purchase status.

2.3 I want to manage my subscription

Subscription changes and cancellations are managed through the App Store.
Use “Manage Subscription” from the information screen in the app.

2.4 My widget is not updating

Please check the following in order.

• Open the app once and confirm the memo content is saved
• Reload the widget
• If it still does not update, remove the widget and add it again

2.5 I want to read the privacy policy

The privacy policy is available from the public page and from the link inside the app.

3. Information to include when contacting support

If possible, please include the following when reporting a problem.

• Device model and iOS version
• wijot version
• Description of the issue
• Steps to reproduce
• Plan name if the issue is related to a purchase
